The purpose of the Evangelism and Outreach Ministry is to "carry the Great Commision" and for Mt. Olive to evangelize as a way of eternal life.

As believers, we have a commission to share the love of Christ with the lost and to rescue them from eternal disaster. We have to become intentional about evangelism. Evangelism is not a program or event. Evangelism is an overflow of what God is doing in the hearts of His people. In our daily lifestyles as a witness for Jesus, chance meeting or divine encounters will come.

All we have to do is to be open to the urging of the Lord and remember the Lord's promise as He concluded the Great Commission.

"And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matt. 28:20)
